Payment, Delivery & Returns

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and by PayPal. You can pay by cheque made payable to Indigenous Tree Company Ltd. Payment must be made before we start making your gift and if by cheque it must be cleared before we start to make the gift.

Delivery Charges

All our prices include delivery to the UK Mainland.

We will ship to countries outside Great Britain so please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

We use Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your order and as soon as we have posted your order you will be advised the tracking reference number (if relevant) so that you can track your order. A signature will be required when your order is delivered to you. If you are unable to take delivery from Royal Mail or the courier it is essential you contact them immediately regarding taking delivery – you will be responsible for any cost incurred in returning the order to us

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit please contact us immediately by either email linda@indigenoustree.com or telephone 01939 200430. We will then discuss with you the most appropriate course of action.

Returns

If you wish to return your order please contact us, within 14 days, at linda@indigenoustree.com.

We do not accept returns for Goods which are made to a customer’s specifications or are personalised (bespoke products). Bespoke Products are: -

  • Products which are created at a customer’s request outside the dimensions set out on our website;
  • Products which are in anyway changed at the customer’s request from the designs on our website;
  • Products which have been engraved with letters, symbols or words at the customer’s request and would therefore be treated as personalised.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by any right of return we agree with you.
